Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering an account or using any service provided by BuffaloBet (the "Website", "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Website, completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

1.1 Contractual Relationship

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and BuffaloBet. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "Account" — the registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
  • "Balance" — the total of Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
  • "Bonus Funds" — credits awarded to a Player as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
  • "AUD" — Australian Dollar, the primary currency of the Platform.
  • "Game(s)" — any casino game, slots, table game, live dealer game, virtual sport, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
  • "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, being the identity and age verification processes applied to Players.
  • "Platform" — the website accessible at buffalo-bet.com, including any associated mobile applications or software.
  • "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by a Player from their own personal funds, excluding Bonus Funds.
  • "Responsible Gaming Policy" — our policy available at /responsible-gaming, governing player protection tools and support.
  • "Restricted Territory" — any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Player must wager a Bonus Fund or a combined deposit and bonus amount before winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
  • "We/Us/Our" — BuffaloBet and its affiliated operating entities.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We strictly prohibit access by persons under 18 years of age, and we reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If we determine that a Player is or was under 18 years of age at the time of registration:

  • The account will be closed immediately;
  • All winnings and Bonus Funds will be forfeited;
  • All deposited Real Money Funds will be returned, subject to verification.

3.2 Eligible Players

You are eligible to register and use the Platform only if:

  • You are at least 18 years of age;
  • You are not a resident of a Restricted Territory;
  • You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or director of BuffaloBet or its affiliates;
  • You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or a court order prohibiting you from gambling;
  • You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same Player (whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we discover duplicate accounts:

  • All duplicate accounts will be suspended and/or permanently closed;
  • Any balance in duplicate accounts may be forfeited;
  • The Player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

3.4 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

  • Full legal name;
  • Date of birth;
  • Residential address;
  • Valid email address;
  • Mobile phone number;
  • Chosen username and password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been conducted by you. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC)

We are required to verify the identity of all Players as part of our compliance obligations. You agree to provide the following documents upon request, and in any event prior to processing any withdrawal:

  • Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., passport, driver's licence);
  • Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months;
  • Proof of Payment Method: Documentation evidencing ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits;
  • Source of Funds: Evidence of the source of funds deposited, where required by applicable anti-money laundering standards.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in suspension of account activity and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. We will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or chat. BuffaloBet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain security of your credentials.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Information Updates

You must ensure that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change, you must update your Account profile or notify us at [email protected] promptly. We reserve the right to suspend an Account where there is a discrepancy between the information provided and verified documents.

4.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure:

  • Any remaining Real Money Funds will be refunded to you following satisfactory KYC verification;
  • Any Bonus Funds will be forfeited;
  • Pending withdrawals will continue to be processed.

4.3 Account Suspension or Closure by BuffaloBet

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account without prior notice if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms;
  • We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
  • We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive;
  • You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification;
  • Your Account is the subject of legal or law enforcement proceedings.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. BuffaloBet reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of AUD 5.00 per month to dormant accounts, provided that the Account balance does not fall below zero. We will notify you by email prior to applying any dormant account fee. If an Account remains dormant for twenty-four (24) months and the balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Note: Credit cards are not accepted for gambling deposits in accordance with applicable Australian regulatory guidance. Only debit cards and the above-listed methods are accepted.

5.2 Deposit Requirements

  • Minimum Deposit: AUD 10.00 (or equivalent);
  • Maximum Single Deposit: AUD 10,000.00 (subject to payment method limits);
  • All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name;
  • Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
  • BuffaloBet does not accept cash deposits.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

  • Minimum Withdrawal: AUD 20.00;
  • Maximum Single Withdrawal: AUD 10,000.00 per transaction;
  • Maximum Weekly Withdrawal: AUD 30,000.00;
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (where technically possible);
  • All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification;
  • Withdrawals made using Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being met;
  • We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in Australian Dollars (AUD). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, it will be converted to AUD at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply and are the responsibility of the Player.

5.5 Unclaimed Winnings and Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with respect to a valid gambling transaction may constitute fraud and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation. If a chargeback is upheld by a payment provider, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of any associated winnings.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, BuffaloBet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Eligibility for Promotions

To be eligible for any Promotion, a Player must:

  • Hold a verified Account in good standing;
  • Opt-in to the specific Promotion (where applicable);
  • Satisfy any minimum deposit threshold specified in the offer terms;
  • Not be subject to any Account restriction or pending investigation.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual Promotion terms:

  • All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn;
  • Only Real Money Funds will be used first; Bonus Funds are applied once Real Money Funds are exhausted;
  • Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused Bonus Funds will expire thereafter;
  • Maximum bet permitted while Bonus Funds are active: AUD 5.00 per spin or round;
  • Placing bets that exceed the maximum permitted amount while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Game Contribution to Wagering

Different game types contribute different percentages toward the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements, as set out below (unless specific Promotion terms state otherwise):

6.5 Bonus Restrictions

  • One (1) welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, email address, or payment method;
  • BuffaloBet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any Promotion at any time without prior notice;
  • Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be voided, and the Account may be closed;
  • Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between accounts;
  • Maximum withdrawable winnings from free spin bonuses: AUD 200.00, unless otherwise stated.

7. Games & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All virtual Games available on the Platform utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness, randomness, and statistical compliance. Game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available within the information section of each individual Game.

7.2 Game Rules

Each Game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules applicable to any Game before placing a wager. Commencement of play constitutes your acceptance of the Game rules.

7.3 Malfunctions and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a Game:

  • BuffaloBet reserves the right to void any affected wagers and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account;
  • No compensation will be payable in respect of any anticipated winnings arising from an erroneous Game outcome caused by a technical fault;
  • Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

  • Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play Games or exploit the Platform;
  • Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in Game software for personal gain;
  • Cheating, collusion, or fraudulent play;
  • Bonus abuse, including but not limited to, systematic exploitation of promotional terms;
  • Match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of any event;
  • Money laundering or any activity that may constitute a criminal offence;
  • Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7.5 Disconnection During Play

BuffaloBet is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a Player's internet connection failure during gameplay. Where a disconnection occurs during a Game round, the Platform will generally resolve the round according to the Game's internal logic. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection before commencing play.

8. Tournaments & Lotteries

8.1 Tournament Terms

BuffaloBet may from time to time conduct tournaments, leaderboard competitions, and prize draws ("Tournaments"). Each Tournament will be subject to its own specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the event. General provisions applicable to all Tournaments include:

  • Only Players with verified Accounts may participate;
  • Tournament prizes are credited as Bonus Funds unless expressly stated otherwise;
  • Ties in Tournament rankings will be resolved in favour of the Player who first reached the tied score;
  • BuffaloBet's decision in respect of Tournament results is final and binding.

8.2 Lottery and Prize Draws

Where BuffaloBet operates a lottery or prize draw, participation is subject to:

  • Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria for entry;
  • The specific terms and conditions of the prize draw;
  • Prizes being non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash (unless expressly stated);
  • Winners being selected by a verifiably random method.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of BuffaloBet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Restricted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent;
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform;
  • Use any automated device to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform;
  • Use the BuffaloBet name, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorisation.

9.3 User-Generated Content

Where the Platform permits the submission of reviews, feedback, or other user content, you grant BuffaloBet a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for any purpose in connection with the Platform's operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 General Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUFFALOBET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuffaloBet's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited to the greater of:

  • AUD 5,000.00; or
  • The total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusions

Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, BuffaloBet shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
  • Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
  • Service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, governmental actions, internet or telecommunications failures;
  • Errors in Game outcome caused by Player misunderstanding of Game rules.

10.4 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make whilst using the Platform. BuffaloBet does not guarantee any winnings, and past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute in relation to your Account or any Game outcome, you must first contact our customer support team:

Please provide full details of your complaint, including your Account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and any relevant screenshots or transaction references. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.

11.2 Escalation

If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may request escalation to our compliance team by writing to [email protected]. We will conduct an impartial review and provide a final decision within 28 calendar days of the escalation request.

11.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal procedures, you may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. Details of the applicable ADR scheme will be provided at the conclusion of our internal complaints process.

11.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by internal means shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

12. Health & Safety

12.1 Player Wellbeing

BuffaloBet is committed to the health and wellbeing of all Players. Gambling should be enjoyed as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income. We strongly encourage Players to:

  • Set personal deposit, loss, and wagering limits;
  • Take regular breaks from gambling;
  • Never gamble under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
  • Never gamble to recover previous losses;

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BuffaloBet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14.2 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any specific breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

14.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your Account or any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent. BuffaloBet may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

14.4 Force Majeure

BuffaloBet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, governmental regulations, or telecommunications or internet failures.

14.5 Anti-Money Laundering

BuffaloBet maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) policy. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and to hold or freeze Account funds pending investigation. Players must not use the Platform in a manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or any financial crime.

14.6 Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
